Roundup® Fast Action Ready to Use Weedkiller Pump ‘n Go is a systemic weedkiller designed to move through the weed and down into the roots. The Pump ‘n Go system provides convenient continuous spraying, while visible effects can begin to appear in as little as 1–2 days.

When to use

For best results, apply in warm, dry conditions from April to November while weeds are actively growing and have sufficient leaf area to absorb the spray.

How to use

As good practice, wear waterproof gardening gloves and suitable gardening footwear during use.

1. Connect

Cut the white tie securing the hose and wand. Connect the hose securely to the pack. The quick-connect system is designed to remain attached once fitted.

2. Extend wand

Lift the sprayer from the bottle and press the yellow button while extending the lance into its spraying position.

3. Pump

Pump the handle approximately 25–30 times. Once pressurised, push the handle down and turn it clockwise to lock it into the carrying position.

4. Spray ‘n Go

Adjust the spray pattern using the nozzle. Hold the wand approximately 50cm from the target weed and press the trigger. Spray until the leaves are lightly wet, avoiding excessive run-off.

5. After use

Press the yellow button and retract the wand to its original position. Clip the wand securely back onto the top of the pack.

6. Store

Push the pump handle down and carefully release the pressure as directed on the pack, then retighten securely before storage.

Established perennial weeds are best treated around the beginning of flowering. Nettles and ground elder should be sprayed once their new leaves have fully unfolded in late spring.

Depending on weed type and weather conditions, visible effects may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to fully develop.

Where to use

Suitable for controlling most garden weeds in areas such as gravel, paths, drives, hard surfaces, patios and tarmac, along fences and around lawn edges.

It can also be used to clear weedy ground before planting vegetables, flowers, shrubs and trees, or when renovating overgrown areas.

Do not use on lawns or other plants that you wish to keep, as the spray will damage or kill them.

When to apply

Apply while weeds are actively growing. Use during calm, dry conditions to minimise the risk of spray drifting onto wanted plants.

Rain falling within approximately 6 hours of treatment can reduce effectiveness and may mean another treatment is required.

Leave treated weeds for approximately 7 days before digging or replanting to allow the weedkiller time to move into the roots.

Active ingredient

Contains 7.2g/L (0.72% w/w) glyphosate as a ready-to-use solution.

Restrictions

• Maximum number of treatments: 1 per year.
• Use only on unwanted vegetation and areas where vegetation is not required.
• Prevent spray or spray drift from contacting cultivated plants and other wanted vegetation.
• Do not walk into treated areas until the product has dried, to prevent transfer onto lawns or other wanted plants.
• Always follow the disposal instructions shown on the product label.
