Delivery is free of charge to most UK mainland addresses which we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Any addresses which dont qualify for free delivery will have the delivery charge provided during the checkout process.
If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Ample Store, a division of TCB Direct at your earliest opportunity usually within 24 hours of delivery.
If any product is defective in any way or has a fault within 90 days of purchase, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.
Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used.
Electrical goods: We can only accept returns on electrical goods that have not been opened, used or are faulty within 90 days of purchase.
All Other Products: For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours by e-mail or phone
If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs.
Any unwanted items can be returned. These must be unused and unopened. The buyer will be liable for any return postage charges.
All refunds will be minus a delivery charge of £3.95 or £5.95 if Next day delivery was selected. This relates to the original postage to yourself.
