How To Use

Application by Hand

1. Apply at a maximum individual dose of 35g per square metre (1oz per square yard).
2. For a visual guide to the correct rate, first spread the recommended amount over a small measured area.

Other Advice

Results are quick, after 7 days the lawn will look richer in colour and the moss will start to blacken (any blackening of the grass is temporary). After 2 weeks, the lawn will need to be vigorously scarified (raked), to remove the dead moss, the grass will then re-establish.

Children and pets should be kept out of the area during application, Once the area has been watered and is 100% dry, then re-entry should be allowed.

Avoid mowing the lawn 2-3 days before or after application.

Where to use

For use on lawns. Can be used around trees in the lawn, but avoid contact with foliage. Can be applied where bulbs are are growing in the lawn, provided it is applied when there is no bulb foliage above ground level.

How often to apply

Maximum of 2 applications per year, with a 3 month interval between treatments. Any bare patches after application, can be reseeded 8 weeks later.

NPK 14-0-5.

Cautions

Contains iron sulphate. Keep out of reach from children. Keep away from food, drink and animal feed stuffs.

If there is no rain fall within 2 days after application, water the lawn thoroughly so that the lawn food starts to work.

The first 4 lawn clippings after application should be thoroughly composted for 6 months, before they can be applied as a mulch.

Please note: Do not walk on the lawn after application until it has been watered in (rain, hose, etc.).

Apply this product very carefully as it will cause brown stains on any surface it comes into contact with e.g. clothing, tarmac drives, paving, decking and kitchen floors.

Do not walk on the treated area and keep children and pets away from the area until the product is thoroughly watered in and the grass is completely dry to stop it transferring onto other surfaces.  Sweep up any spillages and dispose of carefully.

Delivery Charges Delivery is free of charge, and free next working day delivery is available on orders over £100, to most UK mainland addresses. Delivery Should you not be available upon delivery the courier may; leave the parcel with a neighbour, return the following day or leave the parcel in a 'safe place' on your premises, as per their terms. Ample do not accept any responsibility for parcels left safe should they go missing or become damaged from the choices made by the courier on delivery. Click & Collect Our free click & collect service is available for any order size. When you go to checkout, under 'Delivery method' simply choose the 'Pick up' option. Please provide an email address on your order and we will email you once the order is ready to collect. Monday - Friday we aim to have any click & collect orders ready within 3 hours of them being received. Orders placed on a weekend will be available the next working day. Shortages/Damages on Delivery If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any shortages on delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should notify Ample Store, a division of TCB Direct at your earliest opportunity, usually within 24 hours of delivery. In the first instance we will endeavour to repair the item if received damaged. Only when the manufacturer advises its unrepairable will we then issue a replacement. ------ RETURNS POLICY If any product is defective in any way or has a fault within 90 days of purchase, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used. Electrical goods: We can only accept returns on electrical goods that have not been opened, used or are faulty within 90 days of purchase. All Other Products: For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours by e-mail or phone If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs. Any unwanted items can be returned. These must be unused and unopened. The buyer will be liable for any return postage charges. All refunds will be minus any delivery charge paid if Next day delivery was selected. This relates to the original postage to yourself.
