New Protect Garden Slug & Snail Killer Max protects your plants from slug and garden snail damage. For use on ornamental and edible plants, it has been approved for Organic gardening by Organic Farmers & Growers, and can also be used around seedlings and young plants. Protect Garden Slug & Snail Killer Max also has a showerproof formulation which further protects your plants from rain for up to 14 days.

How to use

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

WHEN TO USE:

At the first sign of plant damage, use as directed during late evening or early morning in mild damp conditions when slugs are most active.

WHERE TO USE:

For use on bare soil, around seedlings and young plants including salad crops such as lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, Kale, Brussel sprouts, ornamental, and flowering plants. Can be used to reduce damage to fruiting strawberries. May also reduce damage caused by the garden snail in leafy vegetables

HOW TO USE:

Use 3.8g of product per square metre. Scatter evenly onto moist bare soil around the young plants/fruiting strawberries to be protected. Take care to avoid pellets becoming trapped in leaves. DO NOT place in heaps. If slugs continue to cause damage a repeat treatment may be necessary up to a maximum of 4 per crop. Allow a minimum of 7 days between applications.

The pellets swell, absorbing water from moist soil, becoming more attractive to slugs. After consuming the pellets, slugs cease to feed, moving away to die and leaving no excessive slime and no visible dead slugs.

Slug & Snail killer Max must not be applied near water.

Slug & Snail Killer Max is showerproof for 14 days.  Repeat application may be required after 7 days if excess rain occurs

Orders made after this time, or on a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next available working day. Delivery Should you not be available upon delivery the courier may; leave the parcel with a neighbour, return the following day or leave the parcel in a 'safe place' on your premises, as per their terms. Ample do not accept any responsibility for parcels left safe should they go missing or become damaged from the choices made by the courier on delivery. Click & Collect Our free click & collect service is available for any order size. When you go to checkout, under 'Delivery method' simply choose the 'Pick up' option. Please provide an email address on your order and we will email you once the order is ready to collect. Monday - Friday we aim to have any click & collect orders ready within 3 hours of them being received. Orders placed on a weekend will be available the next working day. Shortages/Damages on Delivery If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any shortages on delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should notify Ample Store, a division of TCB Direct at your earliest opportunity, usually within 24 hours of delivery. In the first instance we will endeavour to repair the item if received damaged. Only when the manufacturer advises its unrepairable will we then issue a replacement. ------ RETURNS POLICY If any product is defective in any way or has a fault within 90 days of purchase, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used. Electrical goods: We can only accept returns on electrical goods that have not been opened, used or are faulty within 90 days of purchase. All Other Products: For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours by e-mail or phone If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs. Any unwanted items can be returned. These must be unused and unopened. The buyer will be liable for any return postage charges. All refunds will be minus any delivery charge paid if Next day delivery was selected. This relates to the original postage to yourself.
