The 2.5m Woodlook Crank and Tilt Parasol can be used within your dining tables or as a free standing parasol provided you use a weighted base (not included) to keep the parasol in place. This product features an easy to operate crank and tilt system which will help you to adjust the canopy position when required. We always recommend that the parasol remains closed when not in use and is always kept closed in windy conditions. The Crank and Tilt parasols are made using a polyester fabric which has a weather-proof coating & UPF Sun protection Level 50.

Care Instruction

To extend the product life and appearance, we advise storing the furniture in a cool and dry indoor place during the winter and unexpected weather conditions. Check that the furniture is completely clean and dry before storing indoors. When not in use store cushions in a clean and dry indoor place. Wipe with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.

Delivery Charges Delivery is free of charge, and free next working day delivery is available on orders over £100, to most UK mainland addresses. For standard delivery we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Any addresses which don't qualify for free delivery will have the delivery charge provided during the checkout process. We do offer a next day delivery option with DHL for only £2.99! Dispatch We aim to dispatch all goods (Monday to Friday) for any order placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders made after this time, or on a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next available working day. Delivery Should you not be available upon delivery the courier may; leave the parcel with a neighbour, return the following day or leave the parcel in a 'safe place' on your premises, as per their terms. Ample do not accept any responsibility for parcels left safe should they go missing or become damaged from the choices made by the courier on delivery. Click & Collect Our free click & collect service is available for any order size. When you go to checkout, under 'Delivery method' simply choose the 'Pick up' option. Please provide an email address on your order and we will email you once the order is ready to collect. Monday - Friday we aim to have any click & collect orders ready within 3 hours of them being received. Orders placed on a weekend will be available the next working day. Shortages/Damages on Delivery If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any shortages on delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should notify Ample Store, a division of TCB Direct at your earliest opportunity, usually within 24 hours of delivery. In the first instance we will endeavour to repair the item if received damaged. Only when the manufacturer advises its unrepairable will we then issue a replacement. ------ RETURNS POLICY If any product is defective in any way or has a fault within 90 days of purchase, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used. Electrical goods: We can only accept returns on electrical goods that have not been opened, used or are faulty within 90 days of purchase. All Other Products: For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours by e-mail or phone If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs. Any unwanted items can be returned. These must be unused and unopened. The buyer will be liable for any return postage charges. All refunds will be minus any delivery charge paid if Next day delivery was selected. This relates to the original postage to yourself.
