Delivery Charges Delivery is free of charge, and free next working day delivery is available on orders over £100, to most UK mainland addresses. For standard delivery we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Any addresses which don't qualify for free delivery will have the delivery charge provided during the checkout process. We do offer a next day delivery option with DHL for only £2.99! Dispatch We aim to dispatch all goods (Monday to Friday) for any order placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders made after this time, or on a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next available working day. Delivery Should you not be available upon delivery the courier may; leave the parcel with a neighbour, return the following day or leave the parcel in a 'safe place' on your premises, as per their terms. Click & Collect Our free click & collect service is available for any order size. When you go to checkout, under 'Delivery method' simply choose the 'Pick up' option. Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used. Electrical goods: We can only accept returns on electrical goods that have not been opened, used or are faulty within 90 days of purchase. All Other Products: For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 24 hours by e-mail or phone If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs. Any unwanted items can be returned.
